Kalophrynus menglienicus is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is found in China and possibly Myanmar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, irrigated land, and seasonally flooded agricultural land.
