Kaisersesch is a municipality in the district Cochem-Zell, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated in the Eifel, approx. 14 km north of Cochem and 16 km south-west of Mayen.
Kaisersesch is the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Kaisersesch.
