Kadungalloor is a Panchayath, situated 2 km from Aluva (alongside Aluva - ParavurVarapuzha route, about 1 km from NH47 Highway) in Paravur Taluk, Ernakulam district in the Indian state of Kerala.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kadungalloor had a population of 35,451. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Kadungalloor has an average literacy rate of 81%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 84%, and female literacy is 79%. In Kadungalloor, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Kadungalloor Panchayath is divided into East Kadungalloor and West Kadungalloor. Sree Narasimhamoorthy Temple, Chattukulam Siva Temple and Bhuvaneswari Temple are situated in East Kadungalloor. The educational institutions include Rajasree S.M.M School (which has just acquired permission for Plus 2 classes), Govt. High School, W. Kadungalloor, Union Christian College and Fisheries College. Sree Ramchandra Mission has an Ashram campus at East Kadungalloor. The Kadungalloor Panchayath Office, Kadungalloor Village Office and Binanipuram Police Station are situated at Muppathadom. Kadungalloor Panchayath comes under Binanipuram Police Station Limit.

There is one juma masjid and several other christian as well as muslim prayer halls here at kadungalloor. The statement that Mulleppally road is the most important residential area is also doubtful.
