Kadchgall

Kadchgall is a hard cyndrical cheese that originated in Afghanistan.It tastes very sweet and a little bit salty. It is made of sheep milk, ewe milk, and when a sheperd is low on these milks, it can be made with camel milk clotted with yogurt. The cheese is a yellowish, white and kind of rubbery.
