Kadayiruppu is Located 2 km from Kolenchery on Perumbavoor Road.

One of the biggest success Kadayiruppu has had is the Synthite Industrial chemicals. It has set global standards in spice oleoresins, essential oils, natural food colours, nutraceutical ingredients, natural antioxidants, seasonings, floral extracts and their value added derivatives.

The owner of the company Mr C.V Jacob has one of the prestigious schools in town; St. Peteres School.

The steadily growing town also have a Government School and Government Hospital located near the junction.
