Kachua (Bengali: কচুয়া) is an Upazila of Chandpur District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Kachua is located at . It has 50262 units of house hold and total area 235.82 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Kachua has a population of 293683. Males constitute are 49.7% of the population, and females 50.3%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 135448. Kachua has an average literacy rate of 34.1% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
