The view of Kabul city's historical Walls. These walls were built by Kabul-Shahan just before the Islamic conquest of Kabul, about 650 - 670 CE. About 50% of the walls have been destroyed both because of the Civil War and because of natural effects e.g. rain, snow, etc.
