K-114, is a short spur of K-18 that begins at K-18[1] six miles west of Manhattan and ends at the Ogden city limits. The road continues as Riley Street in Ogden and Heubner Road in Fort Riley. The K-18/K-114 intersection is partial, allowing access to west K-114 only from west K-18. East K-114 exits only to east K-18.
[edit] History
K-114 was commissioned by 1977 [2] on a former K-18 alignment that went through Ogden, Fort Riley and into Junction City. K-18 was routed on a new road that connected to I-70[3]
