Kōsuke Masuda (増田こうすけ; born June 2, 1962 in Mie Prefecture, Japan) is a gag manga artist and writer most famous for the manga series Gag Manga Biyori. The creator's works are highly influenced by Kyosuke Usuta, the creator of Pyū to Fuku! Jaguar.
