Kürtőskalács or Kürtős Kalács is a Hungarian yeast-raised pastry that is sold at street corners, fast food stalls and pastry shops in Hungary. It consists of a helix shaped cylindrical roll that sometimes tapers very slightly towards the end. The pastry is flavored with sweet spices, nuts and other flavorings, the most common being cinnamon, almonds, walnuts and sugar, they are cooked using skewers on an open fire. It is thought that Kürtös Kalács originates from Transylvania, which was part of Hungary prior to the Paris Peace Treaties of 1947 and the name originates from the Hungarian word Kürt that refers to an animal horn.

Legend has the German baumkuchen directly related to the Kürtőskalács and is said to be derived from Kürtőskalács via a form of Hungarian wedding cake.

Kürtőskalács may also be known as chimney or horn cake.
