Kärla Parish is in Saare County, Estonia.

The parish consists of one small borough, Kärla, and 22 villages (Anepesa, Arandi, Hirmuste, Jõempa, Kandla, Karida, Kirikuküla, Kogula, Kulli, Kuuse, Kõrkküla, Käesla, Mõnnuste, Mätasselja, Nõmpa, Paevere, Paiküla, Sauvere, Sõmera, Ulje, Vendise, Vennati). The municipality has a population of 1,995 (as of 7 February 2003; 1,803 as of 1 January 2007) and covers an area of 217.87 km² (84.12 mi²).
