 Grady Judd (Colonel) has been with the Polk County, Florida Sheriff's department since 1972, elected Sheriff in 2004.
 Recently has been in the national news spotlight in 2008 over the central Florida group of 8 teens beating another purportedly for a "Youtube" video.
