The notability of this organization is currently unclear, since no secondary sources are cited. By the notability criteria for organizations, independent reliable sources are required to make sure that the subject is notable. These sources might be press coverage about the organization, or books in which it is mentioned. The sources may, but need not, be available online; it is however important that they are explicitly cited.
