Justin Yurek, President of ID Watchdog[1], testified before the Subcommittee on Social Security of the Committee on Ways and Means[2] on, June 22, 2007. As an expert witness on identity theft, Yurek discussed the role Social Security numbers (SSN) have in cases of identity theft and what steps and options can be taken to diminish the problem.
