Justin Hughes (born April 23, 1985) is an American soccer goalkeeper who currently plays for the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer.

Hughes attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where he played on the men's soccer team from 2003 to 2006. During this time, he also played for the Raleigh CASL Elite in the fourth division Premier Development League.

He played with the United States Under-23 national soccer team in February 2007, in a tour of Japan, as well as having previously played for the Under-20 national team at the FIFA World Youth Championship.
