Just Desserts is a made-for-television 2004 romantic comedy, about a man who enters a baking competition entitled "The Golden Whisk" in the hope of attracting publicity and winning prizemoney to support his struggling family-owned bakery. Complications ensue when he must deal with an old rival who has also entered, a former teacher with whom he has left a bad impression and who is now judging the event, and a romantic attraction for his female partner in the competition, even though she is already in a relationship.
