"Just Be Yourself" was the 2006 debut single by Jam, a short-lived project by two Belgian producers. The single was inspired by Michael Zager Band's disco hit "Let's All chant", originally released in 1978. Serge Ramaeckers and Jef "Basto!" Martens used the same structure to compose Jam's first release "Just Be Yourself". "Let's All Chant" was a #1 Billboard magazine Hot Dance Club Play for Michael Zager Band in February 1978. It was a double A-side vinyl and also featered the song "Love Express". For vocals the two producers contacted former Belgian dance-queen Zippora (De Brauwer). Backing vocals were done by Pascale Marynissen. The single became a minor Belgian radio hit in the spring of 2006.
