Hmm. How does this square with jury nullification? Cimon avaro 17:42 May 10, 2003 (UTC)

HHMMMM! and a double hmm. Is this stub really accurate, legally? Doesn't appear to be even too comprehensible as a stub??? -- Cimon Avaro on a pogo stick 13:50 3 Jun 2003 (UTC)

No indication of jurisdiction, if any. should be part of jury, if anything. jimfbleak 13:56 3 Jun 2003 (UTC)
This is an extremely stubby stub. The French stuff is totally random. I suggest we don't even need this. Whatever needs to be said about jury instructions can be put in a short paragraph in Jury_trial. This should be merged into Jury_trial. Mrees1997 20:40, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
