Can someone explain why some Scandinavian countries are boycotting this contest?

It's beacuse they don't think that the other countries are following the rules that they originally made up. They also think it's too competetive and puts too much pressure on the kids.

This year, the Belgian song will be a Dutch one, because the Flemish broadcaster VRT will organize it.
