First of all, you guys have to get your facts staight becuase you don't know what your talking about. The choices we had were Phillip Vera Cruz and Ella Baker not Ceaser Chaves, Stupids. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 138.202.151.0 (talk • contribs) 00:07, 7 July 2006.
- First of all, there is not need to belittle anyone for making an error in an article, especially if it a sincere mistake. Second, if going to make such comments, you should have the curiousity and the guts to sign your post. --chemica 05:29, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] African American too!
This article says she was born in America and she was Black. (I saw her personally.) So she is "Jamaican American," but she is also "African American." I added some African American groups in her categories section and others can add more. I have never, never, never heard June Jordan say, "I'm a Jamaican American, don't ever call me 'African American'!" So that oversight won't do at all. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chumley41 (talk • contribs) 13:50, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
