I received this fax from an unsolicited and unknown party. The numbers are blacked out for privacy reasons. The image uploaded is a quarter of the original resolution. I would assume the copyright lies with the sender.
However it is Fair Use because:
- No free versions would be available as copyright will always lie with the sender.
- The image is an example of junk fax, the subject matter of the article.
