[edit] Sazae-san translation

I noticed you wrote an article on Machiko Hasegawa for the Spanish Wiki. Would you be interested in translating the English version of Sazae-san to Spanish? Mike H 22:20, Mar 31, 2005 (UTC)

That makes me so happy! Thank you very much! :) Mike H 00:44, Apr 5, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] about NTSC-PAL Brazil

Yes, countries that use multiple standards (or are in transition from one standard to another) should be with different colors - but the information on NTSC/PAL/SECAM pages is not enough - in some cases it is too old and overlapping... So, if you know for sure about Brazil (or other countries) - just make the change...

[edit] WikiProyecto y Wikiportal

Bien ya podemos ver los wikiproyecto y wikiportal de Colombia en esta wiki:

Estos portales y proyectos están también en la wikipedia en español (pueden seguir los interwikis).

[edit] Wikinews

I would love to run the bot on wikinews, but i will be swamped for the next week or two. My current bot just runs in the background, without taking too much effort, but reconfiguring it may be a bit more time consuming. --Yurik 06:50, 12 August 2005 (UTC)

Sorry I took so long to get back to you. Yes, the article is neutral now. Thank you for editing it. Acetic'Acid 02:54, 26 September 2005 (UTC)

Hello, I noticed you changed some names, I got this information like that...I think it doesn't have anything to do with spelling mistakes...I suppose the names are like that...well, bye and merry christmas! --MasK of ThE CARNIVAL 20:48, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Request for edit summary

Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 35% for major edits and 22% for minor edits. (Based on the last 150 major and 150 minor edits in the article namespace.)

This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear impolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 21:00, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Silvia Corza

I'm currently busy copyediting a novel, so I'm afraid I can't help you right now. Hopefully you can find someone else to help you. Sorry I can't be of more help. (If you're willing to wait, I might be able to help later.) - Mgm|(talk) 11:49, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Copyedit

No problem! I'm sorry I forgot to send you a message about doing this yesterday, I had a lot going on at once. If you ever need some more help, I'd love to be asked. --ZsinjTalk 19:56, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, I don't care much about pop music, in spite of (despite of:)nice tits and asses :). I can only add that Ukrainian metal group Te Deum has a humorous cover on Viagra's song "My fifth try" (Попытка 5 Popytka 5) - "My fifth bottle" (of vodka) :) They hint that Viagra songs are made by and are for those who as good as after 5 bottles of vodka :) Ilya K 21:41, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

See my answer on my User_talk:Ilya_K, also wonder why Gabriel Garcia Marquez is not on Colombia portal and article? Ilya K 10:47, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Reikahashimoto.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Reikahashimoto.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Chowbok 01:24, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Janiot.patricia.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Janiot.patricia.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:DanielaKosan-Lomase.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:DanielaKosan-Lomase.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. After Midnight 0001 20:45, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] New seal?

--F3rn4nd0 (Roger - Out) 00:48, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] País bizarro

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article País bizarro, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of País bizarro. [edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Mariaconsueloaraujo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Mariaconsueloaraujo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 03:22, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:RCNTelevision.png

You fixed the rationale of this image, but didn't remove the orange warning box so it would've still been deleted. Just an FYI. MBisanz talk 04:57, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Caracolradio.png

Thanks for uploading Image:Caracolradio.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 17:47, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
