[edit] July 7 deaths

I have removed the entry for 'casualties of July 7 bombings' from the list of anniversaries of deaths. None of the casualties was a previous notable with a wiki page of his/her own. Additionally several of the casualties died of their injuries on later days.

The horrific loss of life that the bombings caused is understood. However Wiki should not be used emotively, subjectively, or as a book of condolence. Martyn Smith 10:08, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Agreed. The victims of the July 7 bombings are included in the "events" section when the bombing itself is (rightfully) remembered. Horrific as the bombings were, they don't rate a double entry. Nolefan32 23:59, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
