This section just appeared, but I think more information is needed before it becomes a part of the article - such as, who has the picture? What is it like? Where was it found? - that sort of thing. This is another example of why allowing only registered user to post seems like a good idea to me. Then I'd just contact that person's User Page and discuss it whit him or her.
