Julie McWhirter (also known as Julie Dees and Julie McWhirter-Dees) is an Indiana-born voice actress best known for her work in Hanna-Barbera cartoons, such as Jeannie, Jabberjaw, Casper and the Angels, Drak Pack and The Smurfs. She was also one of the hosts of the 1977 sketch comedy series Wacko. Julie was a 1970 graduate of Depauw University who received a degree in speech. She is the wife of disk jockey Rick Dees.
