Julia's House is a dorset based charity and the only hospice dedicated to children with life-limiting conditions in the county.

"Julia’s House is the Dorset children’s hospice providing much-needed care for life-limited and life-threatened children throughout the county. The majority of these children are not expected to live into adulthood, which means that their families are coping with their enormously complex medical needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and often for many years." - Julia's House

Julia's House receives approximately three per cent of its funding from the Government. The remainder of its income is raised by the Dorset community.
