Julian Scott Urena

Julian Scott Urena is a Latino-American actor whom is sometimes credited as Fabio Urena, who starred in movies from 1985–1987. His last film was TriStar Pictures' The Pest opposite John Leguizamo. He was born in Bangladesh in 1977, although his parents are from Venezuela and Cuba, so he is Latin-American in appearance. He has made cameos in several movies including Raiders of the Lost Ark and Plan 9 From Outer Space.
