Julia C. Howard

Julia Craven Howard is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's seventy-ninth House district, including constituents in Davidson, Davie and Iredell counties. A realtor from Mocksville, North Carolina, Howard is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in her eighth term in the state House. She earned her degree from Salem College in two years. [1]

This is what North Carolina Legislator, Julia Howard said to Jackie Parker, an adoptee in NC when she was asking Ms. Howard to support our open records bill, House Bill# 1206: 323. "When you are adopted, you should understand the risks and learn to live with them."
