Julia C. Howard

Julia Craven Howard is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's seventy-ninth House district, including constituents in Davidson, Davie and Iredell counties. A realtor from Mocksville, North Carolina, Howard is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in her eighth term in the state House. She earned her degree from Salem College in two years. [1]
