It was agreed that the main article contained too much information and sections and that it could be a better article by sub-dividing it into other smaller articles of interest. I believe that the ancestry of Judy Garland is an important and interesting aspect of her overall biography and holds specific interest for researchers and should be a article on its own that can be linked to the main article under 'see also' as is other elements of her career and life.

The article is in its early stages and I intend to add the references in the near future Any edits are welcome and of course if anyone can add a photograph I would be grateful as I have not been able to master insertion of photographes into articles.
