I've added a tag to the article. Arévalo did not write the new constitution, so credit for that needs to be nuanced (universal suffrage, freedom of assembly, freedom of press are part of that constitution, it is not something Arévalo created out of nowhere). Furthermore, I believe that Arévalo actually implented a law during his presidency that severely limited the press freedom. Also, constitutional rights under his presidency were regularly suspended because of fears of military coups. Intangible2.0 00:24, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
