Juan Santisteban Troyano (born 8 December 1936, Sevilla) is a former Spanish footballer who played for Real Madrid and was part of their European Cup victories in 1958 and 1959. He earned 7 caps for the Spain national football team.
He is known mostly for solid success on Youth Teams he managed. He has numerous achievement with Spanish U-19, U-18, U-17 and U-16 teams since 1988 in different cups or tournaments.
Lately, he has reached the final in the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup with the Spanish U-17 team, including promising players like Bojan, Dani Aquino, Fran Merida, Sergio Tejera, Isma Lopez, Ignacio Camacho, Iago and goalkeeper David de Gea.
