Juan Carlos Arce Justiniano (born April 10, 1985 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a Bolivian professional footballer currently playing for Al-Arabi in Qatar. He plays as a striker.

He started his career with the Academia Tahuichi, Bolivia's famous youth academy. In 2003 he signed for first division club Oriente Petrolero. During 2006 he went on a loan to Portuguesa, but returned to Oriente Petrolero soon after to complete the 2006 season. In January 2007 he was loaned to popular Brazilian team Corinthians. Despite having a good season with the Timão, Arce couldn't help the team avoid relegation, and with the arrival of a new manager, he was removed from the squad. He played in 15 games for Corinthians scoring 4 goals.
He played for Bolivia in the Copa América 2007, Arce scored his second goal with Bolivia in Copa América in a draw against Venezuela, the host country.
