"Hi, you deleted a list of Related ethnic groups in Gorani (Kosovo) and left only South Slavs. But I am not understanding: Are South Slavs one ethnic group?"

Not one. South Slavs are a group of several ethnic groups, but the reference to South Slavs here means that ALL South Slavs are related to Gorani, not only those 4 which you named. Croats and Montenegrins are also related to Gorani like Serbs and Macedonians. It is quite sufficient to write only South Slavs. It is also written like that in the Serbs article and many other.
