Hello. If you want to make tests please use the sandbox. You say that you will delete the page by the end of the day but unfortunately you can't because only Wikipedia administrators can delete articles. In any case, creating a portal is a rather complex project and you might want to familiarize yourself with editing before attempting to do so. What topic are you trying to build a portal for?
