Hi, I'm Alistair. I am a final-year politics student at Edinburgh University majoring in African politics. Only a year left till I have to face the real world and get a job, but I'm trying to drag it out as much as possible :) I'm from Johannesburg, South Africa.

My activities on Wikipedia are focussed almost entirely on South African languages and ethnic groups - and I work on equivalent pages on the Italian version of Wikipedia, under the same name - but I also tinker with articles on the provinces, cities and political structure.
