According to Wikipedia, Erskine May died in 1886. The reference to Parliamentary Practice is dated 1906. Surely it refers to a particular edition, but I doubt any currently available editions have the same page numbers. Either an actual copy of the book, such as ISBN 0-406-29101-2 (1971), ISBN 0-406-29103-9 (1983), or ISBN 0-406-97094-7 (2004), should be cited by someone who has it, or else the information should be given as per Wikipedia's guidelines on citing intermediate sources with reference to the 1911 source.
