"Jours de fièvre" is a Céline Dion's single from her Incognito album. It was released in Denmark only in September 1988.

The B-side of "Jours de fièvre" single included the track called "Ma chambre," although the back sleeve of the 7" indicates "Partout je te vois" as the B-side.
A music video was made for the Incognito TV special which aired in September 1987. It was produced by Société Radio-Canada and directed by Jacques Payette.
