[edit] Unsourced claim: Flag

I am moving the following paragraph to talk:

With Gen. John Stricker of the Maryland Militia, Barney was responsible for the creation of the flag that flew over Fort McHenry that inspired Francis Scott Key to write "The Star Spangled Banner."[citation needed] The flag itself was sewn by Mary Young Pickersgill of Baltimore.

I had previously tagged the paragraph with {{fact}}, but upon reviewing User talk: 12.5.1.207, it is clear that the anonymous user that added this unsourced statement to the article has a history of adding incorrect information to articles. If Barney was in fact involved in the creation of the flag, let's get a citation before moving it back. Toddst1 (talk) 19:03, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
