The USPTO database does not include patents granted in collaboration with German and Italian co-operatives Capecci's Us Patents are 2 listed and 4 in the Italian MAGRANA data and 4 in the German Das Pantent, 1968- seperaration of heavy H20 to compantant particuilat and 1970 disposal of heavy H20 into disposable particulate using the Carl Zeiss Cumulative mag peocess pat # 12378-08 3363mc is not capecci's son but his proferssor of chemistry at LIU Michelle A. The USPTO database (1790 to current) shows only 2 patents granted to Capecci as inventor (or co-inventor):

• 3,238,126 - granted March 1, 1966 - Method of regenerating particulate ion exchange resin particles
• 3,377,270 - granted April 9, 1968 - Process of removing impurities with a mixture of cation and anion resins.
