any purpose in having part of this historical article written in present tense 'is' and some written in past tense? It all happended in the past, after all. Thanks Hmains 05:36, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
It's just that Venezuelan Spanish is usually phrased like that, that's all...Correct it if you want Piotr (Venezuela) 07:41, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
