Joshua Seth Freedman (born December 2, 1970) was born in Kent, Ohio and attended NYU film school. He has voiced several anime characters and is sometimes credited as "Jeremiah Freedman". In 2005, he became the announcer of "Kids WB's Aftertoons Show" block and "Saturdays: Unleashed" block. He also works as a comedy hypnotist and magician. He currently resides in Santa Barbara, California
He is known for his extremely distinct voice which can almost easily be recognized when heard. Because of his unusual sounding voice he is cast in many odd roles and usually he plays very care-free happy-go-lucky-characters.
Joshua has retired from voice-acting, and is now a hypnotist.
