Joshua Allen Cain (born July 31, 1976) is the lead guitarist for Motion City Soundtrack. He co-founded the band with guitarist and vocalist Justin Pierre in 1997. At first, Joshua Allen Cain took on a lot of managerial responsibilities, booking the band's first shows. Joshua Allen Cain sings many of the band's backup vocals and has a notable solo in the song "Capital H" found on the band's first LP, I Am the Movie. Joshua Allen Cain is credited as producer on tracks Seventeen Forever and Kelsey from Metro Station's S/T debut. He is currently working with Minneapolis band Sing It Loud as producer for their debut LP.
