Josh Smith (artist)

Josh Smith (born 1978) is an artist based in New York.

Smith was born in Tennessee. His main body of work consists of paintings featuring his own name[1]. Smith uses his name as a base for building abstract imagery[2]. He also makes books and collages[3].

Smith attended Miami University from 1994-1996 and University of Tennessee from 1996-1998.
