Josephine Eveline McKim (later Chalmers) (January 4, 1910December 10, 1992) was an American swimmer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics and 1932 Summer Olympics.

In the 1928 Olympics she won the bronze medal in the 400 m freestyle event. She also swam in the first heat of 4x100 m freestyle relay event, but was replace by Eleanor Garatti in the final. Americans won the gold medal.

Four years later she won the gold medal in the 4x200 m freestyle relay event and was fourth in the 100 m freestyle event.

She was also notable for her role as the double for Maureen O'Sullivan in deleted underwater scene from the movie Tarzan and His Mate, which has since been restored to home video releases.

She was born in Oil City, Pennsylvania and died in Woodstock, New York.
