Joseph Vacanti is a former County Legislator in Niagara County, New York.

Legislator Vacanti was elected in 2005 as Democrat to represent the 9th district in Niagara County. The 9th district includes parts of North Tonawanda, New York. A police detective, Legislator Vacanti resigned in March 2007 because of work conflicts with his schedule as a county legislator.
