Joseph Fosco is a Chicago-based philanthropist primarily known through his work at NPI-Franklin Organization and its predecessor the Frankling Charitable Foundation.[1]
Joseph's charitable work made headlines in 2002 with the establishment of the Sahara Moorer Angel Alliance Fund, an organization to provide counseling for biracial children dealing with emotional problems and questions about identity.[2] Aside from his work in philanthropic consulting Joseph also the founder and Editor-In-Chief of the Keys to the Vatican publication.[3]
