Joseph Elanga (born 2 May 1979) is a Cameroonian footballer who plays as a defender for AC Horsens in the Danish Superliga, on loan from Brøndby IF. His preferred position is left back. He played for the Cameroon national football team at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
