Joseph C. Joyce is the current Vice President of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Florida. He has held this position since October of 1998.[1]
Prior to his position at IFAS, he was the chief of Natural Resources for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.[2] It should also be noted that he started as a limnologist for the Corps, and he earned the rank of Brigadier General before he retired.
