Joseph Brown Heiskell

Joseph Brown Heiskell (November 5, 1823 – March 7, 1913) was a prominent Tennessee politician. He was born in Knox County, Tennessee. He served in the Tennessee state senate in 1858 and represented the state in the First Confederate Congress and the Second Confederate Congress from 1862 to 1864. He was Tennessee's attorney general from 1870 to 1878.
