Jose Ceballos (b. New York, NY) is the Government Affairs Director for National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA).[1] Ceballos graduated from Florida State University in 1991.[2] Ceballos ran campaign operations for vice-presidential nominee John Edwards, handled all political matters and constituency relations. Prior to the campaign, Ceballos served as director of Policy & Strategic Planning at the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), where he focused on grassroots advocacy campaigns. A political veteran with 14 years experience, Mr. Ceballos has worked for Vice-President Al Gore, Transportation Secretary Rod Slater, and Commerce Secretary Ron Brown.[3] Ceballos is widely considered the lynch pin in determining the Democratic nominee [4], though Democratic strategists close to Ceballos claim he will be casting his vote for John Edwards.
